Leaping Hare
Christine has been a full-time sculptor since graduating from Camberwell School of Arts. As a figurative and animal sculptor she works predominately in clay, but also directly into plaster and wax. She then casts her work into bronze, bronze resin, iron resin and cast stone.
After graduating in the 1980's Christine has built an impressive CV, having worked for Disney, Lucasfilm and Beatrix Potter.
'Making things is in my genes. Many of my family members have been artists including wrought iron gate makers, dress designers, wood carvers, sculptors, landscape designers and photographers.'
